The entity that owns the high-profile Landmark condominium tower at Interstate 25 near East Belleview Avenue, has filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
Nancy Sharpe, the mayor of Greenwood Village, says that the Landmark in a short period of time has established itself as an important part of the fabric of the city.
“The Landmark has become an integral part of the Greenwood Village community,” Sharpe said in a statement. “Since opening, The Landmark has become a frequent destination of our residents, as they enjoy the many amenities provided there. We are optimistic that The Landmark will emerge from its financial difficulties and continue to be great place for residents to live, eat, shop and play.”
