Realtor Fahrenkrog joins NorthCreek

Veteran Realtor Judy Fahrenkrog, long associated with selling luxury housing in Castle Pines,  is shifting her focus to arguably the most prominent and prestigious new developments in Cherry Creek North.

Fahrenkrog, who has sold some of the most exclusive and high-end residential properties in the Denver areas since 1992,  has joined the  development team of NorthCreek as a broker associate on its sales team.

“It’s a pleasure to join NorthCreek, perhaps Denver’s best kept real estate secret,” said Fahrenkrog. “There are incredible advantages that NorthCreek has over any other new residential development, anywhere in the Denver metro area. The fact that NorthCreek’s construction is complete, and the development team has significant financial backing, removes the question marks many buyers have today with some other local projects. That’s one of the main reasons I chose to join this team.

“Knowing that NorthCreek will be here today, and for the next 100 years, gives people an incredible amount of comfort in their real estate investment at this property,” she continued. “This is a rare treasure, located in the heart of Denver’s finest neighborhood, and there will never be another comparable location in Cherry Creek North. Once these units are gone, that’s it.”

To date, NorthCreek has sold 75 percent of its Tower building, with buyers in occupancy, and unveiled its Brownstones last spring. The project’s three phases are 100 percent complete, and are ready for immediate occupancy.

A fourth generation Colorado native,  Fahrenkrog plans to apply her niche marketing and sales skills – along with her local knowledge — as she represents NorthCreek’s condos, brownstones and flats.

“NorthCreek is a coveted address, and we’re working with a very select group of highly sophisticated buyers,” said David Steel, partner of Western Development Group, the developer of NorthCreek. Christian Anschutz, son of Denver businessman Philip Anschutz, also is a partner at Western Development.

“Judy understands the market we’re appealing to, and she personally understands what makes our location in Cherry Creek North so desirable and unique,” Steel added. “For Judy, being a broker is more than just selling real estate. She is heartfelt in her approach and helps her clients understand the vision of what makes a place special.”

“NorthCreek is easily among the most elegant and quality-oriented residential developments I’ve ever represented,”  Fahrenkrog said. “Its premier Denver location — in one of the city’s most charming, inviting and stately neighborhoods — features world class shopping, dining and entertainment either right outside the front door, or just minutes away. People who visit NorthCreek for the first time will instantly appreciate its level of quality, and I’m looking forward to further introducing them to all the things that make NorthCreek great.”

Prior to joining NorthCreek, Ms. Fahrenkrog was a broker associate at Kentwood City Properties and marketed properties in Castle Pines Village exclusively since 1992, where she sold approximately $180 million worth of real estate. She has consistently been recognized as a Top Producer, and recently served on the Board of Directors of the Denver Board of Realtors.
