Loveland-based Information and Real Estate Services, or IRES, says it is is the first Multiple Listing Service in the country to release Cloud CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) system.
Cloud CMA will combine IRES MLS data with information from real estate’s leading Websites and data providers to give the consumer an in-depth spectrum of the information available, IRES says.
Most importantly, Cloud CMA will provide real estate professionals with the state-of-art tools to create knowledgeable Comparative Market Analysis reports, Buyer Tours, Property Profiles and Market Reports in a pdf format, IRES said
The pdf version of the reports will also provide a variety of click-able interactive links to allow consumers the ability to further explore and research real estate data whether they are buying or selling their home.
“The goal of Cloud CMA developers was to create an easy and attractive interface, and they accomplished both,” said Lauren Emery, CEO of IRES. “And the fact that brokers can create a Buyer Tour or listing presentation package in addition to the CMA report makes Cloud CMA a home run.”
