An article about Boulder’s struggle to go green was on the front page of today’s Wall Street Journal. This is what Roger Pilke Jr., who studies political response to climate change at the University of Colorado at Boulder had to say about the city’s efforts to go green: “If a place like Boulder that regards itself as being in the forefront has such a tough time, these type of efforts are not going to work as a core policy,” for the nation.
