A real issue arising is the people coming into retirement age with a mortgage upside down by 30-40 thousand or more what chose do you have but to just let it go into forclosure.AFTER all is was the greedy Banks that created the problem to start with and now I can only see it getting worse the US is really not now any better now than some third world countries sad all because of greed.
