The Downtown Denver Partnership this month is sponsoring two guided bus tours – one for “for sale” properties and another for rental projects.
The tours, which will be narrated by Ken Schroeppel, an urban planner with Matrix Design and author of the Denverinfill.com blog, will hit all of the major developments downtown. The partnership had been offering the tour to Realtors in the past, but for the first-time is also opening it up to the general public.
Tours on Aug. 14, 21
Both tours run from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and cost $10. The fee includes lunch, which will be held at different restaurants. The Buyer Tour will be held on Aug. 14 and will include a private tour of the Spire, the new high-rise condominium tower. The Renter Tour will be a week later on Aug. 21, and will include a private tour of Solera, which boasts that it is the greenest high-rise apartment buildings ever constructed in downtown.
Space is limited and advanced registration is required. Those interested can register at bphetteplace@downtowndenver.com or 303-534-6161.

$10!
For $10, there had better be at least 3 vocal crazies on the bus. At least must be totally drunk.
Let me get this right. They are paying you $10 or you have to pay $10. It’s $20 to cover the spread. That’s a lot money in this market. All of those snoring Realtors must not have filled the bus the last time.
Wait!
What?!
They will pay me $10.
Where do I sign up?
I just need to stop at Argonaut Liquors first and get my brown paper bag and Pasillo Rioja (all Spanish wines on sale this week).
