Of the 36 homes, 33 were for single-family homes and three were for condos, according to the report by independent broker Gary Bauer. Bauer based the report on Metrolist data.

Denver County has the most million-plus home sales last month, with 12. Arapahoe County had 12, seven in Boulder, and two in each Douglas and Jefferson counties. Of the condo sales last month, two were in Denver and one was in boulder.

The lowest price of a home sold was $1 million and the highest was $2.6 million. In all, the 33 homes represented $50.9 million in closed sales. The three condos represented $4.09 million in closed volume.
