Retail broker joins firm

Justin Kliewer has joined the retail group at Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross

Justin Kliewer, who has completed more than $300 million in transactions, has joined Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross as a managing director for the full-service commercial real estate firm’s retail brokerage group, officials announced today.

“I am excited to join the Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross team,” Kliewer said. “I look forward to being a part of the region’s leading commercial real estate company. Working with a team of seasoned real estate specialists is important to me, and I plan to leverage the firm’s platform to bring enhanced value to my clients.”

Kliewer will work closely with the retail team of Susan Karsh, Frank Griffin, Mike Quinlan and Bob Bramble to further solidify the team’s standing in the commercial real estate market and contribute to and promote its business development goals.

Kliewer has a strong history in retail brokerage services for institutional and entrepreneurial landlords, tenants and property owners. He has been in the commercial real estate business since 1998 and was most recently a vice president with CB Richard Ellis. Kliewer has completed more  500 retail transactions in the Denver market with a total consideration in excess of $300 million. He has consistently ranked in the Top 10 of the Denver Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters” during his entire career.
