Manuel "Manny" Cereceres has joined the retail division of Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross.
Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross has beefed up its retail division by hiring a 10-year commercial real estate veteran, Manuel (Manny) Cereceres.
Cereceres joins the firm’s brokerage group as an associate in the retail division.
Cereceres has been actively marketing retail space and representing tenants in the Denver metropolitan marketplace since 2001.
His landlord and tenant representation client roster includes Ling and Louie’s, Bruegger’s Bagels and Family Dollar, among others. Most recently he was a senior broker with Crosbie Real Estate Group, Inc. Previously, he worked with Dunton Commercial, and with SullivanHayes.
