John Rebchook is a former Rocky Mountain News reporter with more than 30 years of experience in writing and communications... The Home Builders Foundation of Metro Denver , a nonprofit collaboration of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, today announced six new board members. Each member will serve a three -ear term, joining the 23 member board.
The new board members include:
- Russell Burton, BellaVilla Builders
- Chris Hammond, Dufford & Brown
- Dave Jackson, Majestic Development Cos.
- Kristin Peterson, Brookfield Residential
- John Van Dyk, Van Dyk Construction
- Shaun Winkler, Oakwood Homes
HBF board members guide the organization to provide accessibility solutions and home modifications for individuals with physical disabilities and financial need through the collaborated efforts of the local building industry. These efforts help those in need live independently in their homes.
“The HBF is dependent upon a community of caring building professionals, suppliers and volunteers,” said Mike Tayloe, president of the HBF. “Our new board members’ commitment to helping improve the quality of life for others through the building expertise we collectively share is why they are a perfect match for the HBF.”
