RedPeak Properties, a Denver-based apartment owner, manager and developer, has launched an Urban Living Team to help current and future residents of its nine Denver properties learn about entertainment, dining, shopping, parks and other destinations near its properties.
“Denver has grown to become a city filled with choices, with everything from world-class restaurants, superior entertainment venues, great sports teams, tremendous shopping destinations to outdoor adventures, and we wanted to provide our customers with a team of ‘urban experts’,” said Mark Windhager, Chief Operating Officer of RedPeak Properties.
“Living and lifestyle options are also among the many choices that come along with residing in this great city, and why we are doing more to set a higher standard.”
Team members can recommend restaurants, bars and great places to hang out, as well as special events or offers that are taking place in the city, he said.
“We want to improve our customers’ experience by thinking about how they live in their building and neighborhood,” Windhager said. “We understand that there are a lot of new people moving into Denver who aren’t aware of all the things that make it such a special place to live, and all the subtle nuances that exist from one downtown neighborhood to the next. Our Urban Living Team is here to help newcomers learn more about Denver and even those who have lived here a long time discover new things about their city. We’re making the uncommon ‘common’.”
The team includes:
- David Milito, community manager.
- Courtney Lemon, assistant manager.
- Maria Tripodi, assistant manager.
- Jackie Casteel , leasing specialist.
- Lannon Quintana, service supervisor.
- Sal Azzam, service technician.
RedPeak has apartments in a number of Denver neighborhoods including downtown, Capitol Hill, Cherry Creek North, Uptown and Congress Park. It plans a three-building development in West Highland that would have 148 units when completed, under the current plan. Some neighbors object to the height of the buildings and have sued RedPeak in an attempt to stop the current development plan.
The Urban Living Team is currently based at 515 Clarkson St. and can be reached at 720-385-3805.

Very interesting to see “social” come to life this way for real estate investing. I expect to see more media development like this and would love to see more discussion on this topic. Twitter = @sarahresonance
I presume that Sal Azzam, service technician knows how to operate a bulldozer.
lol
Why do I get the feeling that they just collected their existing property management staff, had them pose for a picture, then renamed them the ‘urban living team’?
