Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Colorado’s largest residential real estate company, has opened a new state-of-the-art office in Westminster.

The remodeled office at 12110 Pecos St., Suite 100, is home to 115 real estate brokers, a managing broker, and five full-time staff members. A public grand opening open house will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 15th

Sally Scaman, who has won real estate awards, heads the new office.

“We are very pleased with our new north metro office and its many outstanding attributes,” said Scaman. “We now have nearly 10,000 square feet of space that has been beautifully remodeled. It includes a state-of-the-art training facility, two conference rooms, and beautiful agent office space with great views of the majestic Front Range. We also have the most advanced wireless capabilities for our broker associates.”

Office home to top brokers

Veteran brokers with strong records fill the office, said Chris Mygatt, president of Coldwell Banker Colorado.

“This is one of our most successful offices in Colorado,” Mygatt said. “These forward-thinking brokers continue to out perform every other office in the region.

“These are some of the regions most experienced brokers with most of them averaging more than 10 years in the business and more than 50 of these agents hold special designations recognizing the completion of stringent continuing education programs,” Mygatt continued. “Not only have they achieved unprecedented success, they are a tight-knit group that has created a family atmosphere in their office. I felt they deserved the best working environment in the market.”

The Denver Metro Association of Realtors recently recognized the Coldwell Banker North Metro office as #1 in 2012 volume sold for offices with more than 100 agents.

Coldwell Banker spent more than $500,000 to finish the first floor of the class A building.

The office is only one block off of 120th Avenue and is close to the Interstate 25 corridor making it very accessible to both the brokers and their clients. It includes ample parking for Coldwell Banker customers.

The interior includes a resource room with high-speed computers for agent use, and the modern decor features new furnishings and gorgeous interior finishes.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage outgrew  its prior facility and a new state-of-the-art office was needed in order to more efficiently serve the company’s client base in the region, according to Mygatt. The new facility on Pecos Street is 35 percent larger than the previous office and will enable it to grow and will help broker associates expand their presence in the region, Mygatt said.

“It’s a great move and a premier facility that will enhance Coldwell Banker’s presence throughout the greater north metro area,” said Mygatt.

“We are in the process of redesigning seven of our 16 offices in 2013,” Mygatt continued. “We’ve made a significant multi-million dollar capital investment in the future of our Colorado offices. By providing better environments with the latest technological advances, we’ll enhance the real estate experience for both our brokers and their valued clientele.”
